ORANGE is a marketing dataset

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a key element of modern marketing strategies. This dataset was extracted from a large marketing database from the French Telecom company Orange. The goal is to predict the propensity of customers to switch provider (churn), buy new products or services (appetency), or buy upgrades or add-ons proposed to them to make the sale more profitable (up-selling). The difficulties include heterogeneous noisy data (numerical and categorical variables), and unbalanced class distributions. We provide below the list of categorical variables:
3    10    16    25    27    32    33    47    49    59    65    73    75    76    79    81    88    96    98   100   105   112   113   121   128   132   138   140   141   148   152   153   154   167    173   181   187   194   209   216
Special thanks to the research team at Orange who prepared the data Vincent Lemaire, Marc Boullé, Fabrice Clérot, Raphael Féraud, Aurélie Le Cam, and Pascal Gouzien (Orange, France) contributed the ORANGE dataset, previously used in the KDD cup 2009.
